We made this F#2 Pygmy with Ember Steel. We choose F#2 so that you can add the B4 and have a more complete scale compared to the F2 Pygmy where you can not add the Bb4.
We like the low notes more on Ember Steel compared to Stainless 430 since you get a fuller ceramic sound instead of metallic. Looking forward to hearing some low pans from fellow makers 🙂
