A few times I got the question: How to clean Ember Steel?
Answer:
- We use paper towels with alcohol* to get off most of the dirtiness and oil first
- Then we clean with paper towels and aceton** to go a bit deeper and remove more
- Use alcohol and clean paper towels to get off the leftovers of the aceton
- Take a dry paper towel and again wipe to make sure there is no residual of the alcohol
*Use a concentrated alcohol between 70% and 100%
**Make sure that you wear a special protective mask with a special acetone filter and special gloves, specifically for aceton. It is very toxic!
